Old Mill Boatyard

Old Mill Boatyard has been a traditional wooden boat building yard for 20 years.  Situated on the shores of Old Mill Creek, just a mile up stream from the historic maritime town of Dartmouth, the boatyard has an idyllic location by the sheltered creek side in a steep sided wooded valley.  

The yard is a hub of marine skills and businesses with not only Butler & Co building new wooden boats and maintaining traditional vessels but also Marine engineers, electricians and cover-makers creating a unique synergy and vibrant working environment.   With skilled technical trades on site, our new build and restoration projects are completed to the highest quality.
